KONREM MET completed tests of the upgraded compressed air system

KONREM MET specialists have just completed and accepted the tests of the modernised compressed air system made entirely of acid-resistant steel and a new dust extraction system for the granulation line and salt licks for the production plant of Ciech Janikosoda S.A. in Janikowo.

The bag filter was installed in the packaging plant building. The filter with a capacity of 20,000 m³/h has 105 bags. The vacuum source is a 75 kW fan.

The entire dust extraction system operates automatically. The process is controlled from the central control room. The system is equipped with appropriate visualizations to oversee the process.
