Challenge

• comprehensive construction of a technological line for production of self-levelling floor mortars
• implementation on an active production plant
• equipment delivery, assembly and commissioning in all industries

Solution

• project of a complete production line of self-levelling floor mortars with capacity of 15t/h
• delivery of manufactured equipment: storage tanks, weighing tanks, screw conveyors, flat belt conveyors, mixer, roller conveyor, palletizer, pneumatic packers, gravity feeder, buffer tank, filter and dust removal system
• assembly and commissioning of devices in all industries, i.e. mechanical, electrical and I&C
• training of employees in the correct operation of the new production line

Result

• increasing the plant's production capacity by increasing productivity
• obtaining the expected results in terms of accuracy and the minimum dosage portion - accuracy in dosing over 100 consecutive samples - weight 1,000 kg, accuracy ± 1.5 kg
• obtaining the expected parameters of packaging efficiency - 200 bags/h, bag net weight 25 kg
