Challenge

• replacement of the hydrochloric acid storage tank no. 4
• new tank assembly project
• purchase of a new tank in accordance with the customer's requirements
• UDT tests (the Office of Technical Inspection tests) and launching the installation

Solution

• implementation of projects in the electrical, mechanical, technological and I&C industries
• cooperation with UDT and ensuring commissioning of the tank by UDT (the Office of Technical Inspection)
• disassembly of the old tank (internal EC road block)
• assembly of the new tank along with the HCL vapour neutralization installation
• trial run of the installation

Result

• extending the operation life of the HCL storage facility by using the new tank and installation
• achieving the required neutralization of HCL vapours
